About this course
A1 beginner Spanish course
Beginner ou Basic
Spanish course in Strasbourg, A1 level (beginner ou basic). Our goal is to help you learn Spanish! The Spanish Language School of the University of Salamanca in Strasbourg, world reference in teaching Spanish.
First approach to Spanish? Do you want to learn Spanish and you don’t have a base?
Spanish courses in Strasbourg at A1 level (beginner level) offer you the opportunity to introduce yourself to the Hispanic language and culture. The goal is to communicate in simple situations, to acquire vocabulary, principles of pronunciation and basic grammatical structures.
METHODOLOGY
In ELE USAL Spanish courses in Strasbourg, at A1 level (beginner or basic), you will develop a basic repertoire to produce phrases that can be used, in concrete and predictable situations, such as presenting yourself or going shopping. You will learn to interact in a simple way, with your interlocutor’s help. At the same time, you will gradually have the necessary resources to manage everyday situations to ask for something in concrete (location for example), to ask questions to guide you, to communicate information on personal aspects and you get out of it in a situation with prices, times and quantities.
Also, in terms of oral oral, you will have a linguistic and non-linguistic repertoire that will allow you to introduce yourself, greet you, show interest in others and react to news. In this way, you can participate in a simple conversation and succeed in making you understood. Regarding writing, you will be able to understand short texts and oral texts.
In addition, one of the important parts in this training is the conception of an intercultural awareness with regard to the Hispanic world. Become aware of cultural diversity and the influence that can have on our view of the world. Start to realize that even though the language is one, the culture is immense and beautiful. Every country has something to give us, each hispanic variety involves a way of life to be discovered. During the A1 level Spanish course (beginner or basic) , you will learn to recognize this diversity and to know the differences in habits and ways of living in the Hispanic world. In this way, you will develop strategies to familiarize yourself with this diversity. You will have access to samples of each culture, you will know the Hispanic historical heritage and also the values and norms of each culture.
To get there, the main focus is on mixed pedagogical approaches focused on communication. Oral (compression and expression) take a lot of importance here, because we know that the primary goal when learning is to communicate. The proposed activities will confront you each time with a real communicative situation so that in this way you really feel your progress during the training. Written compression also takes an important place. Written expression is also developing in a more autonomous way.
At the end of the A1 level Spanish course (beginner or basic), you will be able to:
-
Understand and use familiar and everyday expressions as well as very simple statements aimed at meeting concrete needs.
-
Introduce yourself or someone else and ask someone questions about them – for example, where they live, where they relate to, what belongs to them, etc. – and answer the same type of questions.
-
Communicate in a simple way if the interlocutor speaks slowly and clearly and is cooperative.
In the vocabulary included at the A1 level Spanish course (beginner ou basic), the program contains the vocabulary of nationalities, the vocabulary of work and professions, the vocabulary of neighborhood or household objects, daily actions and leisure activities, the lexicon needed to describe a person’s physique and personality, or the vocabulary associated with food and restaurants.
