scheme that allows all working people, from the moment they enter the labour market until they retire, to acquire rights to professional training.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u2705 Universal:<\/strong> Accessible to all working people (employees, self-employed, job seekers)<\/p>\n \u2705 Portable:<\/strong> Your rights follow you throughout your career<\/p>\n \u2705 Independent use:<\/strong> You choose your training on My Training Account<\/p>\n \u2705 Certified training:<\/strong> Only for training leading to recognised certification<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The CPF has replaced the former DIF (Individual Right to Training) and now operates in euros<\/strong> rather than hours.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Since 1 January 2025,<\/strong> the flat-rate contribution payable by the beneficiary has been set at \u20ac102.23<\/strong> (compared to \u20ac100 in 2024).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \ud83d\udcca Indexed to inflation:<\/strong> This amount is revised each year in line with changes in consumer prices excluding tobacco.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u2013 Automatic debit<\/strong> when purchasing the training course on the Mon Compte Formation platform.<\/p>\n \u2013 Regardless of the total cost<\/strong> of the training course.<\/p>\n \u2013 Payment must be made<\/strong> at the time of registration by credit card or bank transfer.<\/p>\n \u2013 No payment deadlines<\/strong> or facilities are granted.<\/p>\n \u2013 Even if your CPF rights cover the entire cost,<\/strong> you must pay \u20ac102.23.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n Your training course costs
