Last updated: July 04, 2026<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n Spanish Language Institute ELE USAL STRASBOURG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply without restriction or reservation to all training services provided by ELE USAL Strasbourg, including:<\/p>\n Acceptance:<\/strong> Any registration implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. In the event of a contradiction with any other internal document, these GTC shall prevail.<\/p>\n CPF Exception: For registrations made via Mon Compte Formation, the General Terms of Use (CGU) of the Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts systematically prevail over these GTC in the event of a dispute.<\/p>\n Contractual Documents:<\/strong> The contract includes these GTC, the detailed training program, the signed contract\/agreement, and the internal regulations.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We offer group classes (3 to 8 participants), individual lessons, online courses (synchronous sessions), customized programs for companies, and DELE\/SIELE exam preparation.<\/p>\n Each training includes measurable objectives, a program adapted to the CEFR, action-oriented methods, initial, continuous, and final evaluations, as well as a certificate of completion.<\/p>\n Qualified native Spanish trainers, provided materials (excluding textbooks), equipped classrooms, and digital tools (Zoom, Teams).<\/p>\n Minimum age:<\/strong> 16 years old (parental authorization required for minors). <\/p>\n Prices are indicated in euros, net of tax (VAT not applicable, art. 261-4-4\u00b0 a of the French Tax Code – CGI)<\/strong>. They include: tuition fees, annual membership (20\u20ac\/year), placement test, digital materials, and a certificate of completion. Not included:<\/em> Textbooks (20-30\u20ac), DELE\/SIELE exam fees, and travel expenses for home tutoring.<\/p>\n Full or installment payments (minimum 50% deposit upon registration, balance due 7 days before the start). In case of late payment: suspension of access, late penalties of 3 times the legal interest rate, and a 40\u20ac flat fee for recovery costs.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 5.1 Procedure:<\/strong> 1. Convocation (7 days prior).<\/p>\n 5.2 Required Documents:<\/strong> ID copy, parental authorization (minors), student\/job seeker proof (if applicable), RQTH notification (if adaptations are needed).<\/p>\n 5.3 Group Formation:<\/strong> Minimum of 3 and maximum of 8 participants. If the minimum is not reached, ELE USAL may postpone the course, offer individual lessons with an adapted hourly volume, or provide a full refund.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 6.1 Right of Withdrawal (excluding CPF):<\/strong> Legal cooling-off period of 14 clear days to cancel without providing a reason (Art. L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Refund within 14 days. If the course has started with your consent, billing will be prorated.<\/p>\n 6.2 Cancellation by the Trainee:<\/strong> 6.3 Cancellation by the Organization:<\/strong> Notification 7 days prior. Offer of postponement or full refund within 30 days. ELE USAL is not liable for ancillary expenses incurred by the trainee.<\/p>\n 6.4 Force Majeure:<\/strong> Serious illness, death of a close relative, economic dismissal, unforeseeable relocation (official proof required).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n ELE USAL commits to:<\/strong> Deliver the program, provide qualified trainers, ensure follow-up, issue certificates, comply with GDPR, and maintain Qualiopi certification.<\/p>\n The Trainee commits to:<\/strong> Respect schedules, bring required materials, pay training fees, notify absences in advance, actively participate, comply with internal regulations, and complete required evaluations.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Attendance is mandatory<\/strong>. A minimum attendance rate of 80% is required to obtain the certificate or validate CPF\/OPCO funding.<\/p>\n Justified absences:<\/strong> Make-up sessions possible depending on availability (no refunds). <\/p>\n Initial, continuous, and final evaluations are conducted to measure progress.<\/p>\n Certifications:<\/strong> <\/p>\n Complaints (Qualiopi Ind. 31):<\/strong> Any complaint must be made in writing within 30 days of the events.
