obligations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Familiarise yourself with the evacuation instructions on the first day.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Do not block emergency exits.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 In the event of an alarm, evacuate immediately and calmly according to the instructions given by the trainer or staff.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Go to the designated assembly point.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prohibition:<\/strong> Smoking is strictly prohibited in the training premises, in accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Use of safety equipment:<\/strong> It is prohibited to handle safety equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms) except in a real emergency.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>3.4 Alcohol, drugs and prohibited substances<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strictly prohibited:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Bringing alcoholic beverages onto the premises or consuming them on the premises<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Bringing narcotics onto the premises, consuming them or being under their influence<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Entering or remaining on the premises while intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penalty:<\/strong> Any breach of this prohibition will result in disciplinary action against the trainee, up to and including permanent exclusion without refund.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>3.5 Accidents \u2013 Mandatory reporting<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Any accident or incident occurring during training must be <strong>reported immediately<\/strong> by the injured trainee or witnesses:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 To the trainer present<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 To management: <a class=\"reset interactable cursor-pointer decoration-1 underline-offset-1 text-super hover:underline font-semibold\" href=\"mailto:info@strasbourg-eleusal.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span class=\"text-box-trim-both\">info@strasbourg-eleusal.com<\/span><\/a> \/ +33 6 67 53 77 41<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An <strong>accident register<\/strong> is kept available for inspection by the labour inspectorate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>3.6 Materials and equipment<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Trainees are responsible for the materials made available to them:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Treat teaching and IT equipment with respect<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Do not move furniture without authorisation<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Report any damage or malfunction immediately<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liability:<\/strong> Any deliberate damage will result in the trainee being held civilly liable and may give rise to a claim for financial compensation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>ARTICLE 4 \u2013 DISCIPLINE AND TRAINING CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>4.1 Attendance and punctuality<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attendance requirement:<\/strong> Attendance at all scheduled classes is <strong>mandatory<\/strong>. A minimum attendance rate of <strong>80%<\/strong> is required in order to:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Obtain the certificate of completion<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Validate CPF or OPCO funding<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Take the DELE\/SIELE exams (for certified training courses)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Punctuality:<\/strong> Trainees undertake to respect the training schedule. Repeated and unjustified lateness may result in disciplinary action.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>In case of late arrival:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Notify the trainer or management immediately.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in refusal of access to the class in order to avoid disrupting the group.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>4.2 Absence management<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mandatory notification:<\/strong> All absences must be reported before the start of the course by:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Email: <a class=\"reset interactable cursor-pointer decoration-1 underline-offset-1 text-super hover:underline font-semibold\" href=\"mailto:info@strasbourg-eleusal.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span class=\"text-box-trim-both\">info@strasbourg-eleusal.com<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Telephone: +33 6 67 53 77 41<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Justification:<\/strong> Absences must be justified within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> by:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Medical certificate<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Professional justification<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Any official document attesting to the reason for absence<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unjustified absences:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 No compensation or make-up classes<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 No refund<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Risk of contract termination in the event of repeated absences (attendance rate &lt; 80%)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Justified absences:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Possibility of make-up classes depending on the trainer&#8217;s availability (not guaranteed)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Postponement of sessions where possible<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 No refund<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>4.3 Attendance sheets<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Trainees must <strong>sign the attendance sheets<\/strong> at the start of each half-day of training (morning and afternoon) or each time they log in for remote training courses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> These sheets constitute <strong>legal proof<\/strong> of attendance required by funding bodies (OPCO, Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts CPF, etc.) and by the supervisory authorities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Falsification:<\/strong> Any falsification of a signature constitutes <strong>serious misconduct<\/strong> and may result in permanent exclusion and legal proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>4.4 Dress code and behaviour<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dress code:<\/strong> Appropriate and modest clothing is required. Clothing that may cause offence or discomfort is prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected behaviour:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Respect trainers, staff and other trainees<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Do not disrupt the smooth running of classes<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Participate actively in educational activities<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Respect speaking times and the trainer&#8217;s instructions<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Adopt a constructive and caring attitude<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prohibitions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Aggressive, violent, abusive or disrespectful behaviour<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Moral or sexual harassment<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Discrimination in any form<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Use of mobile phones during classes (unless authorised by the trainer)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Inappropriate use of computers or tablets for non-educational purposes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Photographing\/filming classes or people without prior authorisation<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>4.5 Personal work and assignments<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Trainees undertake to:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Complete the exercises and assignments requested between sessions<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Attend the assessments scheduled in the programme<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Actively prepare for classes (reading, revision)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Meet the deadlines for submitting assignments<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>4.6 Use of digital tools<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For online or hybrid training courses:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Stable internet connection<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Computer with working webcam and microphone<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Quiet environment conducive to learning<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rules of conduct:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Log in at the scheduled time<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Turn on your camera (unless there are justified technical difficulties)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Mute your microphone when you are not speaking<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Use the chat function in a respectful and relevant manner<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confidentiality:<\/strong> It is <strong>strictly forbidden<\/strong> to record, broadcast or share online courses without prior written authorisation from ELE USAL Strasbourg.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>4.7 Intellectual property<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All teaching materials (documents, presentations, exercises, videos) are the <strong>exclusive property<\/strong> of ELE USAL Strasbourg and the University of Salamanca.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prohibitions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Reproducing, distributing or commercialising the materials<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Using the content for purposes other than personal use<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Transmitting the materials to third parties<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penalties:<\/strong> In accordance with Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code, any violation is subject to civil and criminal prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>ARTICLE 5 \u2013 DISCIPLINARY SANCTIONS<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>5.1 Nature of sanctions<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Any breach of these internal regulations may result in disciplinary action.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scale of sanctions<\/strong> (in ascending order of severity):<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Verbal warning:<\/strong> Verbal reprimand by the trainer<\/li>\n<li><strong>Written warning:<\/strong> Notification by email or post<\/li>\n<li><strong>Written reprimand:<\/strong> Official notification recorded in the trainee&#8217;s file<\/li>\n<li><strong>Temporary exclusion:<\/strong> Prohibition from attending one or more sessions (without refund)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Permanent exclusion:<\/strong> Termination of the training contract without refund<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>5.2 Grounds for disciplinary action<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Disciplinary action may be taken in the event of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Failure to comply with health and safety rules<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Repeated and unjustified absences<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Repeated tardiness<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Physical or verbal violence<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Moral or sexual harassment<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Discrimination<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Drunkenness or use of narcotics<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Deliberate damage to equipment<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Falsification of documents (signing in, certificates)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Theft<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Non-payment of training fees<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Any other serious breach of these provisions<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>5.3 Disciplinary procedure<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>For sanctions other than a verbal warning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Invitation to a meeting:<\/strong> The intern is invited to a meeting by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or email with acknowledgement of receipt, at least 5 working days before the date of the meeting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preliminary interview:<\/strong> The intern may be assisted by a person of their choice (another intern, representative, etc.). They may present their observations and defence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notification of the sanction:<\/strong> The reasoned decision is notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or email with acknowledgement of receipt, at least 2 working days and at most 1 month after the interview.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exception \u2013 Serious misconduct:<\/strong> In the event of serious misconduct (violence, harassment, drunkenness), expulsion may be immediate as a precautionary measure, pending the preliminary interview.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>5.4 Rights of the trainee<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The trainee has the right to:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Be informed in writing of the grievances against them<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Present their observations and defence during the interview<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Be assisted during the interview<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Challenge the sanction before the competent courts<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Appeals:<\/strong> In the event of a dispute, the intern may refer the matter to:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Consumer mediation (Art.
