Last updated: July 04, 2026<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n These Internal Regulations are established in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 6352-3, L. 6352-4, L. 6352-5, and R. 6352-1 to R. 6352-15 of the French Labor Code (Code du travail)<\/strong>. Their purpose is to determine:<\/p>\n Scope of application:<\/strong> This applies to all trainees<\/strong> enrolled in training courses provided by ELE USAL Strasbourg, regardless of their status (employee, job seeker, student, private individual, etc.) and the training format (on-site, remote, hybrid).<\/p>\n Acceptance:<\/strong> The internal regulations are provided to each trainee before final registration. Signing the training contract or agreement implies full and unreserved acceptance of these regulations.<\/p>\n Important note: When training takes place on the premises of a company or establishment that already has internal regulations, the health and safety measures applicable to trainees are those of the host establishment’s regulations (art. R. 6352-1 of the French Labor Code).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n ELE USAL Strasbourg is committed to welcoming all trainees with respect for their person<\/strong> (origin, opinions, gender, age, etc.). In return, a behavior of mutual respect<\/strong> is required toward the staff and other learners.<\/p>\n In accordance with the principles of public service neutrality and educational values, trainees and trainers must refrain from any political, religious, or ideological proselytizing on the training premises.<\/p>\n The organization guarantees equal treatment and combats all forms of discrimination or harassment (art. L. 1132-1 and following of the French Labor Code). Harassment and discrimination referent:<\/strong> Mrs. Diana BRAVO MORENO (info@strasbourg-eleusal.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Each trainee must ensure their personal safety and that of others. The premises must be kept in a state of constant cleanliness<\/strong>. It is forbidden to eat in classrooms (except in dedicated areas), throw litter outside bins, or damage equipment.<\/p>\n Fire instructions and evacuation plans are posted in the premises. It is strictly forbidden to smoke<\/strong> in the establishment (decree n\u00b02006-1386). The introduction or consumption of alcohol, drugs, or being present in a state of intoxication are strictly prohibited under penalty of permanent exclusion.<\/p>\n Any accident occurring during the training must be immediately declared<\/strong> to the trainer or management for recording in the register kept available to the labor inspectorate.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Attendance is mandatory<\/strong>. A minimum attendance rate of 80% is required. Trainees must sign the attendance sheets<\/strong> (legal proof required by funders like CPF\/OPCO). Any falsification of signature is a serious offense.<\/p>\n Any delay of more than 15 minutes may result in denied access to the class. Absences must be reported before the class<\/strong> and justified within 48 hours. Unjustified absences do not entitle the trainee to any make-up session or refund and may lead to contract termination.<\/p>\n Mobile phones must remain unused during classes. For distance learning, a stable connection and activation of the camera are required. Taking photos\/videos of classes or individuals without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The scale of sanctions (in increasing order of severity) includes: Oral warning > Written warning > Written reprimand > Temporary exclusion > Permanent exclusion (termination of the contract without refund). Sanctions apply in the event of breaches of safety rules, repeated absences, aggressive behavior, harassment, theft, damage, or any other behavior detrimental to the proper conduct of the training or the values of the organization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n For sanctions other than an oral warning, the trainee is summoned to an interview (at least 5 working days prior) with the possibility of being assisted, in accordance with articles R. 6352-4 to R. 6352-8 of the French Labor Code. In the case of gross misconduct, immediate precautionary exclusion may be pronounced pending the final procedure.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In accordance with article L. 6352-4 of the French Labor Code, for training actions with a total duration exceeding 500 hours<\/strong>, full and substitute delegates are elected. They represent the trainees to the management for any questions related to general training conditions, organization, or the application of these internal regulations.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n All educational materials (documents, exercises, videos) remain the exclusive property of ELE USAL Strasbourg and the University of Salamanca. Their reproduction, distribution, or use for non-personal purposes is prohibited (Art. L. 335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code). Since the premises (2nd floor without an elevator) do not allow direct access for persons with reduced mobility (PMR), ELE USAL Strasbourg systematically implements alternative solutions (home sessions or distance learning) to ensure equitable access to training.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Complaints (Qualiopi Ind. 31):<\/strong> Any complaint must be made in writing within 30 days following the events via info@strasbourg-eleusal.com<\/a> or via our official complaint form (PDF)<\/a><\/strong>.
