What es SIELE ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SIELE is the Servicio Internacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Lengua Espa\u00f1ola<\/strong> which certifies electronically the command of the Spanish language proficiency for students and professionals.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Is promoted by the Instituto Cervantes, the Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico, the Universidad de Salamanca and the Universidad de Buenos Aires.<\/strong> These institutions guarantee the standards for quality and good practices in the creation of the tests and the use of diverse linguistic varieties in the Hispanic world.<\/p>\n

SIELE certifies the degree of proficiency for the Spanish language with four tests: Reading and Listening Comprehension, Written Expression and Interaction and Spoken Expression and Interaction; the exam also takes as a reference the levels established by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).<\/p>\n

Digital because all the procedures are done electronically. Registration, taking the tests, receiving the results and obtaining the certificate of marks are all done online.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Adaptable because it adapts to the needs of the user. The candidate can choose between certifying his\/her overall competence in Spanish, or the different language activities (reading, writing, understanding, speaking).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Fast because the results and the certificate or report are obtained within a maximum of three weeks and because it works through a system of appointments made in advance at the SIELE examination centres.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

International because, coordinated from Mexico, Spain and Argentina, it incorporates the variants of the great linguistic map of Spanish. Each SIELE test must combine a minimum of three different varieties of Spanish.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Quality because it is endorsed by prestigious bodies such as the IC, UNAM, USAL and UBA, guaranteeing standards of quality and good practice both in the development of the tests and in the management, information and communication of results.<\/p>\n

SIELE GLOBAL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The most comprehensive online exam for certifying your Spanish proficiency.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is a single multilevel exam that allows you to obtain the SIELE certificate, a document that includes a score from 0 to 1000, the result of the sum of your scores from each of the four tests, and associated with the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).<\/p>\n

INDEPENDENT MODALITIES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

These are 5 other exam modalities based on a combination of the various tests.<\/p>\n

Any of these four independent modalities enable you to obtain the SIELE Report and your obtained scores can be associate with the CEFR levels.<\/p>\n

Within the exam type that you choose, there will be 4 tests (SIELE Global exam) or the combination of some of these (independent modalities).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A large number of Spanish universities ask their students to have an official certificate of Spanish in order to obtain their undergraduate diploma and\/or to access a master’s\/postgraduate program.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00a0The required level differs according to each university, though the most requested levels are B1 and B2.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
