Objectives and targeted skills
Objective: Understand, express oneself, and interact in Spanish in professional and everyday contexts.
Validation: Reach the target level (from A2 to C2 according to the CEFR) and validate it by obtaining the official DELE certification (Registered in the Répertoire Spécifique – RS 6302).
STEP 1: Access your account
Go to the official platform: www.moncompteformation.gouv.fr
STEP 2: MANDATORY Placement Test
1. Take our online written test: Take the ELE USAL placement test
2. Have an oral interview: Via Zoom or in person. Book an appointment by emailing us at info@strasbourg-eleusal.com.
ÉTAPE 3 : Choix et inscription
On the Mon Compte Formation platform:
- • Search for “ELE USAL Strasbourg”.
- • Select the session corresponding to the level confirmed during your test.
- • Click on “Demander un devis” (Request a quote).
Very important reminder: Due to the right of withdrawal law, the minimum timeframe to start your training is 11 working days after the validation of your file on Mon Compte Formation.
STEP 4: Validation and payment (€150)
- • Our school validates your request on the CPF platform.
- • Then, you will receive a notification, return to your CPF account, and definitively accept the enrollment.
- • You pay the mandatory €150 contribution directly by credit card on the government website.
That’s it! You will then receive from us your official invitation, the internal rules, and the training program.
MANDATORY Attendance
Presence required at each session.
Signature of the attendance sheet is mandatory (paper or digital).
Minimum rate required: Over 80% attendance.
⚠️ Important: Only effectively attended sessions are financed by the CPF. However, unjustified absences (without a medical certificate or compelling reason) constitute a breach of commitment and may be billed directly to you.

What will the CPF co-payment be in 2026?
Since 2 April 2026, the compulsory flat-rate contribution has been set at €150 for any training course purchased on the platform, except in specific cases of exemption provided for by law.
Are beginner’s courses (A1) eligible for the CPF?
No. There is no official DELE certification available for the very beginner level (A1.1). The CPF requires a qualification leading to a certificate, which is why our CPF courses start at levels that enable students to sit an exam.
Do I have to sit an exam at the end of my CPF training?
Yes. Passing the language qualification (the DELE for Spanish) is a legal requirement for any training course funded by the Personal Training Account. Registration for the exam is included in your application.
